Ro is looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of our highest-priority integrated marketing campaigns.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a marketer who knows how to take a strong creative idea into a cohesive campaign that reaches consumers across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll bring together Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, Insights, and other channel teams around a shared campaign strategy and ensure that every part of the campaign works together to maximize its impact.

You’ll be accountable for integrated campaigns from early strategy and planning through launch and performance assessment. You’ll propose how an idea should come to life across channels, identify the moments and tactics that can make it bigger, establish the campaign plan and operating cadence, and drive alignment among the cross-functional team and prioritize exceptional execution.

At Ro, Directors are both leaders and operators. This role will initially be an individual contributor, but will have significant cross-functional leadership responsibility. You should be equally comfortable shaping the strategy for a major campaign and getting into the details required to make it successful.
