About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Marketing team shapes how customers understand our products, our portfolio, and the future of marketing. The Narrative & Platform team works across the portfolio to connect individual products and innovations into a clear, differentiated story and bring it to life across our most important customer and internal moments.
We are looking for an exceptional product marketer and storyteller to own portfolio messaging for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and bring that story to life across major launches, customer-facing keynotes, and internal kickoffs.
You will translate Marketing Cloud strategy and product innovation into clear, compelling stories across keynotes, executive presentations, customer content, and web. A significant part of the role is leading narrative development for flagship events such as Dreamforce, Connections, and World Tours, as well as internal kickoff events and our most important product launches.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone equally comfortable developing a messaging framework, shaping a keynote storyline, writing an executive script, or refining the final slide.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Lead Marketing Cloud portfolio messaging and storytelling. Develop a clear, differentiated story that connects our products, innovation, and customer value across executive and customer-facing content.
- Support keynote and executive storytelling. Shape narratives for Dreamforce, Connections, World Tours, executive engagements, and major internal kickoff events, including presentation structure, scripting, demo integration, and speaker preparation.
- Lead messaging for major product launches. Partner with product marketing and Product Management to connect priority innovations and announcements to the broader Marketing Cloud story and translate complex capabilities into clear customer value.
- Drive high-impact storytelling across channels. Bring the portfolio narrative to life across First Call Decks, Strategic Innovation Conversations, web, and other priority content while leading cross-functional work across Product, Events, Creative, Communications, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
You're Our Person If...
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or a related marketing role, ideally within enterprise technology or software.
- Demonstrated experience developing positioning, messaging, and narratives for complex products or portfolios, and creating executive-level presentations, keynote content, or other high-visibility customer-facing storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for major events and customer engagements, and to thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift and timelines are often fixed.
Even Better If...
- Experience marketing enterprise marketing technology, CRM, AI, customer data, or digital experience products.
- Experience developing keynote or mainstage content for large customer, industry, or company events.
- Experience supporting major product launches spanning multiple products, teams, or announcements.
- Experience developing messaging for executive marketing audiences, including CMOs and other senior business leaders.

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents, Product Marketing, Storytelling, Messaging, and Keynote. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
