About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Officer to support our commercial and marketing objectives across Northern Africa, based in Cairo, Egypt. Reporting to the station leadership and working closely with regional and head office marketing teams, you will assist in the planning, development and execution of ATL and BTL marketing activities designed to drive revenue, strengthen brand presence and support customer loyalty initiatives. The role also supports the development of annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets while ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
•    Support the planning and execution of the annual marketing plan in line with regional and head office guidelines and approved budgets.
•    Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation, market intelligence and business objectives.
•    Source and share market insights, research and trends to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
•    Monitor and optimise marketing expenditure to ensure agreed objectives are achieved efficiently.
•    Support the development of marketing materials, artwork and messaging in accordance with brand guidelines.
•    Contribute to new and innovative marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and customer engagement.
•    Assist in the delivery of events, exhibitions, public relations activities and communications campaigns.
•    Develop reports, campaign evaluations and return-on-investment analyses for key stakeholders.
•    Coordinate with Sales, E-Commerce, Pricing and other business partners to support commercial objectives and performance targets.
•    Support the management of marketing collateral, promotional materials, sponsorship evaluations and supplier activities in line with company procedures.
 

Qualification

About You
•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or High School/Vocational qualification/Diploma 
•    Experience as a marketing generalist.
•    Strong knowledge of marketing principles, processes and day-to-day marketing operations.
•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Strong planning, organisational and project coordination skills.
•    Ability to analyse data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions.
•    Strong budget awareness and the ability to support effective management of marketing expenditure.
•    Excellent command of the English language.
•    Ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers.
