お客様の業務を支える基幹システムはビジネスを支える重要なシステムです。多くの企業において、こうしたシステムは、オンプレミス環境で稼働しています。こうしたシステムは安定かつ堅剛である一方で、定常的な運用コスト負荷、短期間で変化するビジネスニーズへの柔軟な対応が容易でないなどが課題になっています。従来のアプリケーション資産を継承しモダナイズすることでビジネスに俊敏性と持続性を実現化することは大きなチャレンジです。近年、金融業など大規模なシステムを抱える企業でもこのような取り組みが始まっています。モダナイズされたアプリケーションアセットを Amazon Web Services(AWS) のマネージドサービス上で動かすことは、単なるプラットフォームやアプリケーションアセットの刷新にとどまらない、お客様の未来を作る仕事です。モダナイゼーションによってコスト削減、効率化が実現すれば、生成AIなどの最新の技術サービスの活用による新しいアプリケーション開発と新しいビジネスサービスのプロダクトリリースなどの長期的な好循環と価値の享受が期待できます。このようなお客様のビジネストランスフォーメーションの実現をプロジェクト全体のマネジメントとデリバリーの観点からリードするのがEngagement Managerです。AWSコンサルタント・パートナー・お客様チームを率いて大規模なマイグレーション＆モダナイゼーションプロジェクトを成功に導く意欲のある方を求めています。
Key job responsibilities
当ポジションのコンサルタントは、AWSコンサルタント、パートナー、お客様のプロジェクトチームをリードし、大規模なクラウドマイグレーション＆モダナイゼーションエンゲージメントの計画策定からデリバリーまでを一貫して推進します。お客様の経営課題・ビジネス目標を把握し、それを実現するためのマイグレーション＆モダナイゼーションの全体計画（スコープ、スケジュール、体制、リスク管理）を策定・管理します。 オンプレミス環境上のワークロードの評価・計画・環境設計・移行実行を、関連する技術コンサルタントやパートナーと連携して推進します。最新のAWSのAIテクノロジーも活用したスケーラブルなモダナイゼーション手法と自動化ツール技術をエンゲージメント全体に適用することで、大規模なオンプレミス環境からAWSへの移行およびモダナイゼーションを加速することを目指します。また、プロジェクトの進捗・課題・リスクを適時に可視化し、お客様の経営層・プロジェクト責任者に対してプロアクティブに報告・提案を行います。お客様の成功のために、複数のProfessional Servicesメンバー、AWSパートナー、グローバルのProfessional Servicesを含む社内の多くのAWSチームと連携し、プロジェクトのギャップを特定・解消してお客様の成功をリードします。こうした支援を通じた市場へのサービス投入の短縮化やビジネスインパクトの大きなシステムのクラウドへのマイグレーション＆モダナイゼーションの実現はとてもエキサイティングな経験になるはずです。価値提供にまい進することでプロジェクトマネージャーとしての成長も期待できます。

Basic qualifications
- お客様先でAWSの代表として、顧客のプロジェクト責任者と情報共有や議論をリードできるコミュニケーションスキル
- お客様、パートナー様、社内の他部門と連携しプロジェクトを推進するスキル
- ITプラットフォーム上での要件定義・設計・構築・導入のハンズオン経験とプロジェクトリード経験
- オンプレミス環境→クラウド環境/オンプレミス環境等の移行プロジェクトにてアセスメント・計画・移行の経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話力
- ***上記に加えて以下いずれかの経験
- - 可用性の高いシステムの設計とソリューション化に関する実務経験
- - 継続的インテグレーションプラットフォームの設計と実装に関する実務経験
- - 大規模システムにおけるネットワーク、コンピューティング、ストレージ、コンテナを含むクラウド実装の経験
Preferred qualifications
- 金融機関などの大規模システムのプロジェクトでのリードロールの経験
- プロフェッショナルレベルのAWS認定取得
- AIを活用したシステム移行の経験・スキル
- 基幹システムをクラウド環境へ移行した経験
- AWSサービスを利用したモダナイゼーションの経験
- 日常会話レベルの英語力
