We are looking for an AI Engineer ready to turn emerging technology into real impact. You will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and engineering consulting. Your work will drive smarter decisions, faster processes, and meaningful digital transformation across global projects. What You'll Do - Design and optimize prompts for Generative AI and LLM-based applications used across business functions. - Develop and deploy AI-powered agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. - Build and maintain automation workflows using Python and modern AI technologies. - Integrate AI solutions with business applications, databases, and REST APIs. - Automate data collection, processing, reporting, and analytics pipelines. - Collaborate with engineering, HR, finance, and project teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities. - Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend solutions aligned with business needs. What You Bring - Hands-on experience with Python, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangGraph. - Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, SQL, and Git/GitHub. - Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Services, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Certifications in Generative AI, Azure AI, Power Platform, or equivalent technologies are a plus. Location Gurugram, India. This role is on site.
