Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios em ferramentas como Power BI, Tableau ou similares, garantindo o acompanhamento contínuo dos principais indicadores do produto, incluindo taxa de acordo, conversão de funil, ticket médio negociado e inadimplência pós-acordo.
Realizar análises exploratórias e aprofundadas para responder questões estratégicas do negócio, identificar os fatores que impactam os resultados e mapear oportunidades de otimização no processo de negociação.
Planejar, executar e analisar testes A/B em parceria com os times de Produto e Growth, transformando resultados estatísticos em recomendações práticas e priorizadas.
Elaborar consultas complexas em SQL para extração, validação e análise de dados, assegurando a qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações.
Colaborar com equipes de Engenharia de Dados na definição e evolução de fontes de dados, métricas e indicadores de negócio.
Apresentar análises, insights e recomendações para stakeholders e lideranças, utilizando storytelling orientado a dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão e gerar impacto nos resultados.

Formação superior em Estatística, Economia, Administração, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
Sólida experiência com SQL para extração, tratamento e análise de dados.
Vivência com ferramentas de Business Intelligence, como Power BI, Tableau, Looker ou similares.
Conhecimento em Python ou R para análises avançadas, incluindo manipulação de dados e aplicação de técnicas estatísticas.
Experiência no desenho, execução e interpretação de testes A/B, com capacidade de transformar resultados em recomendações de negócio.
Habilidade para comunicar análises e insights complexos de forma clara e objetiva para públicos técnicos e não técnicos.
Familiaridade com ambientes de nuvem, como AWS, GCP ou Azure, será considerada um diferencial.
Perfil analítico, orientado a dados e com forte capacidade de geração de insights para apoiar a tomada de decisão.
