Exchange Content Specialist

Position Summary:

"The Content Specialist within the Datastream Specialist function is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting cross-asset content across Datastream and QA.

The role works closely with Content Management, Development, Production teams, and key participants, while also providing direct support to internal and external clients."

A key aspect of this role is identifying and delivering AI, automation, and workflow optimization solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and data quality. The successful candidate will apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive business transformation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support Datastream and QA across multiple asset classes.
• Coordinate project delivery across Datastream operations teams.
• Managing complex queries through to resolution.
• Implement Day 1 market and content changes.
• Drive AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Efficiently collaborate with multi-functional global teams and interested parties across UK and US time zones to deliver business objectives.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and work independently to deliver outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Content Analyst or equivalent role.
• Experience delivering business, operational, data, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience with AI agents, Generative AI, workflow automation tools, Python, SQL, or low-code platforms.
• Understanding of AI applications in content operations, data management, and process optimization.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered productivity tools.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
• Awareness of responsible AI, data governance, and data privacy principles.
• Experience with data engineering teams to support scalable data solutions, optimize workflows, and improve data quality.
