About the Role:

Lyra is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and seasoned Executive Assistant to support our new Chief People Officer (CPO) while overseeing operations for our Santa Monica office space. In this dual-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner and extension of the CPO, managing seamless day-to-day operations, executive communications, and high-priority People team initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as the heartbeat of our Santa Monica office, a strong ambassador of our company and local culture, office management, and spatial and event logistics.
