Export Compliance Officer (d/w/m)

Aufgabe der Abteilung Export Compliance AD ist es, die Exportkontrollanforderungen aller Militärflugzeugprogramme für den Standort Manching sowie für alle Tochtergesellschaften sicherzustellen. Wir unterstützen dabei alle operativen Funktionen. Die Abteilung Export Control Affiliates unterstützt im Schwerpunkt alle Tochtergesellschaften von Airbus Defence and Space in allen Belangen rund um das Thema Exportkontrolle.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Sicherstellung eines durchgängigen Exportkontrollprozesses und die Vermeidung von Exportmängeln, die zu Verzögerungen, zusätzlichen Kosten, Sanktionen oder Geldbußen führen und Unterstützung sowie Koordinierung von entsprechenden Maßnahmen in der Lieferkette der Tochtergesellschaften
Außenwirtschaftliche Beurteilung von Geschäftsvorgängen und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen der Tochtergesellschaften im Bereich des nationalen, europäischen und U.S.-Exportkontrollrechts
Unterstützung bei der Ermöglichung von exportkonformen Geschäften sowie Schutz des Konzerns und der Verantwortlichen vor Verstößen
Managen von Exportkontrollrisiken und Unterstützung der anderen Funktionen bei der Vermeidung von Risiken und Einhaltung der Exportkontrollvorschriften in den Tochtergesellschaften
Kontinuierliche Verfolgung der Entwicklung der nationalen und internationalen Exportgesetze und -vorschriften und Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Behörden
Sicherstellung, dass alle erforderlichen Aktionen entsprechend der Methodologie von Airbus Defence and Space umgesetzt werden sowie Koordination von organisationsübergreifenden Projekten
Erstellung und Abstimmung von internen und externen Reportings und Dashboards
Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften bei der Beantragung von Lizenzen und beim Lizenzmanagement
Sanktions- & Embargoprüfung/Screening
Ständige Beratung und Unterstützung einschließlich Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Tools
Selbständige Durchführung von Schulungen für betroffene Unternehmensfunktionen sowie Erstellung und Pflege der Schulungsunterlagen

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes juristisches, technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (oder vergleichbar)
Sie haben erste einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle und regelmäßig an Seminaren und Weiterbildungen im Bereich Exportkontrolle teilgenommen
Sie haben Erfahrungen mit MS Office Anwendungen, Google Workspace und SAP
Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Eigeninitiative aus und arbeiten stets detailorientiert sowie präzise
Sie verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, gerne auch im internationalen Kontext
Sie sprechen verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch plus weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
