Decagon is looking for someone to join the Business Operations & Strategy team. The Business Operations & Strategy team sits within the Founder’s Office, a team of high-agency generalists and ex-founders with extremely high leverage and own things like partnerships, business development, pricing strategy, AI transformation, data/analytics, growth, etc.

This is an exciting role blending strategic thinking and high-caliber execution. We are looking for highly-motivated problem solvers who combine analytical rigor with world-class relationship building skills.

You’ll be working on the most pressing strategic and cross-functional problems that are top of mind for the company. Examples include: accelerating and streamlining our enterprise go-to-market motion, revamping enterprise pricing strategy, setting company-wide OKRs, (Insert Iris growth projects here)

Given the fast-changing nature of the team, your scope will be primarily determined based on your experience and company needs

Your background looks something like this

• 2+ years of experience in consulting / investment banking / investing / high-velocity startups

• Are a killer operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, has extremely high ownership, and enjoys wearing multiple hats to take on new and ambiguous challenges

• Are comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem to implementing scalable solutions

• Believe in first-principles thinking: you’re extremely good at analyzing problems and using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance

• Are an excellent communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Are passionate about building from the ground up, with a strong bias toward action and intensity

Even better if you have

• Previously been a founder, or aspire to be a founder in the future

• Led and scaled processes or teams

• Have an intimate grasp on using cutting edge AI tooling to supercharge your productivity

• A technical background
