About the Role
As the Global Employer Brand Manager, you will report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations. You will own and evolve Nscale’s Employer Brand strategy and execution, elevating Nscale’s position as an employer of choice. This is a high-impact role in a fast-scaling environment where you’ll build our employer brand offering from scratch.

You’ll bring deep expertise in employer brand and recruitment marketing, a track record of leading global initiatives and projects, and the leadership skills to develop senior stakeholders. You’re someone who sees the bigger picture while staying close to the detail.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and EVP

  • Research, define and launch a global EVP grounded in employee listening, candidate insight and competitor benchmarking.
  • Build a multi-year employer brand strategy aligned to workforce plans and our corporate brand.
  • Localise the EVP for key markets and talent segments (e.g. engineering, go-to-market, operations) without fragmenting the core story.

Content and campaigns

  • Plan and deliver always-on content and targeted attraction campaigns across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, the careers site, events and paid channels.
  • Run an employee advocacy and storytelling programme that turns our people into credible ambassadors.
  • Own the careers site and job-ad standards, including inclusive language and a consistent tone of voice.
  • Identify opportunities for events to drive organic talent attraction.

AI and Innovation

  • Identify areas of AI application to drive employer brand initiatives, where possible building internally.
  • Stay close to market trends and the latest innovation in the employer branding area, making recommendations with measurable impact assessments.

Candidate and employee experience

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve the candidate journey, from first impression through offer and onboarding.
  • Work with Marketing and People teams so the brand we promote externally matches the experience inside.
  • Embed Nscale’s culture and behaviours into every channel, campaign and asset.

Measurement and stakeholders

  • Set up a measurement framework and report regularly on brand health, reach, engagement and hiring outcomes.
  • Manage review-site reputation (Glassdoor, LinkedIn and local equivalents), including response guidelines.
  • Manage agency, vendor and media budgets, and equip regional recruiters and leaders with toolkits they actually use.

About You

  • 6+ years in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment marketing or brand/communications, with at least 3 years leading employer brand work.
  • Proven experience building or refreshing an EVP and rolling it out across multiple countries or regions.
  • A portfolio of campaigns and content you have led, with results you can quantify.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, plus a sharp eye for design, video and social formats.
  • Confidence with data: setting KPIs, reading funnel and channel analytics, and turning them into decisions.
  • Experience working in or with fast-growing, complex, multi-market organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills; you can influence senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of ATS, CRMs, careers-site platforms and social and review platforms.
  • Cultural awareness and a commitment to inclusive, accessible communication.

Nice to have
Experience managing paid recruitment media and programmatic job advertising.
Experience with employer brand awards, rankings or certifications.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Evp Strategy, Content Strategy, and LinkedIn. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list. This role treats it as a required part of the job.
