How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Cambridge-based global leadership role. You will work across teams, markets and functions, with travel as needed to meet customers, colleagues and business partners.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Market Research, Strategic Pricing, Value Marketing, Product Marketing, and Cross Functional Leadership. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
