AI in this role

Shawbrook's ambition is to be the best specialist lender for the real economy. We give more businesses, property investors and people the confidence to act and the funding to succeed. We pair investment in technology and data with the expertise and relationships of our people, so customers get expertise that feels personal, backed by a strong bank.

SME is a large and varied market for Shawbrook. We serve small and medium sized businesses through four brands: Shawbrook, ThinCats, JBR and Playter. Each has its own customers and its own voice, and many customers reach us through brokers, dealers and other intermediaries.

Our people are what set us apart. They are close to each market, so they understand what our customers, and the people who work with them, really need. In SME marketing, that means knowing each brand and its audiences and turning that knowledge into marketing that feels personal.

Join Shawbrook because you:

  • Want to help us strengthen our expertise and to deliver stand-out work that leverages the best in technology and data.
  • Want to build a bank for the future that delivers incredible experiences and outcomes for customers who are on a mission of their own.
