AI in this role
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, client-facing GTM and operations professional to report directly to Safari AI's Head of GTM Strategy and manage a meaningful part of the Go To Market sales motion and business operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to iterate on existing and create new AI agents to automate the execution of mission-critical day-to-day work, setting the company up for scale and support the company’s most pressing strategic initiatives to help grow the business.
This role is likely a 12-month remit, whereby a successful hire will be asked to 'choose their own adventure' in a new, full-time role in a GTM group such as Sales, Growth Marketing, Partnerships/Biz Dev, Product or Client Success.
The CEO and growing Go-To-Market team are based in Miami and this role would be expected to work from the Safari AI's Coconut Grove office. What you will be Leading
- Pair up with the Head of GTM Strategy to enable and scale up sales and partnerships (to be clear: this is not a sales position)
- Upgrading, iteration and creation of existing and new AI agents - in partnership with our Eng. team - to automate and improve the quality of our Marketing, Sales, and Client Success engagement
- Manage our CRM, revenue reporting and other sales KPI's
- Lead essential business operations functions, including but not limited to Finance, Vendor Management, Investor Relations, Auditing, and other everyday functions
- Manage the company model and budget
Requirements for the Role
- Strong professional track record demonstrating business impact and adaptability
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Management Consulting, or similar Operations / Finance / Strategy leadership position at a early- or mid-stage startup
- Desire to learn how to be an AI agent savant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bias for action with natural ability to multitask
- Eager to "eat responsibility" and not wait to be told what to do
- Desire to work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates in the office
Why bet on Computer Vision and Safari AI?
- Huge opportunity hiding in plain sight: leveraging already-installed cameras to automate and real-time action on operational data
- Already the market leader in enterprise CV by working with industry leaders with billions in revenue
- Large chasm between customer knowledge and market availability, i.e. customers don't know what is available in the market...yet.
- Early leader in computer vision; everyone is small and unbranded (i.e. no Amazon or Google in the room to compete with)
- Very modular, allowing Safari AI and its customers to invent whole new use cases on a regular basis
- Developed the tech and data pipelines over three years and invested several million dollars and is now ready to scale

Skills and AI tools this role asks for
Questions you could be asked
- How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
- Walk me through a computer vision problem you solved, from raw data to a deployed model.
- This role expects you to use AI tools as part of the job. Which ones have you used, and for what?
- Tell me about a time an AI tool got something wrong. How did you catch it?
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents and Computer vision. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list. This role treats it as a required part of the job.
