HCM Assistant Manager.Enterprise Applications.UAE

The Assistant Manager – Oracle HCM is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
This role ensures end-to-end functional and technical support, oversees system configurations, testing, and reporting, and works closely with HR, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR processes.

Functional & Technical Support

Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle HCM Core HR, ORC, and OTL modules.

Perform end-to-end configuration, testing, and validation of system changes and enhancements.

Support HR and business teams with issue resolution, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Manage and test quarterly Oracle HCM updates, ensuring smooth adoption of new features.

Recruiting (ORC)

Configure and maintain recruitment workflows, requisition templates, and offer letter templates.

Enable and support AI features like Dynamic Skills, Enhanced Skills Center, and Talent Match.

Troubleshoot issues in career site configurations, agency hiring, and candidate management.

Time and Labor (OTL)

Configure work schedules, time entry profiles, and absence integration.

Monitor and validate time card processing and approvals.

Ensure accurate mapping between OTL and Payroll / Absence Management modules.

Reporting and Data Analytics

Design and develop BIP (BI Publisher) reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Extracts.

Create and optimize Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, absence, and custom logic.

Validate and maintain data accuracy across reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Partner with HR leadership to generate insights for workforce planning and performance tracking.

System Enhancements & Projects

Participate in implementation or enhancement projects across HR functions.

Document requirements, prepare functional design documents, and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Support integrations between HCM and other systems (ERP, Payroll, or external job boards).

Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred (Core HR / ORC / OTL modules).

Experience

5–8 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Oracle HCM Cloud functional or techno-functional roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, ORC, OTL, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.

Experience with OTBI / HCM Extracts and report customization.

Exposure to Fast Formula debugging, data loading (HSDL / HDL), and security roles.

Technical & Functional Skills

Expertise in Oracle HCM data models and workflows.

Good understanding of Recruiting (ORC) configurations and offer letter templates.

Ability to design and test time card rules, shifts, and absence integrations.

Proficiency in BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).

Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
