Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Mentor and train team members on best practices in data analysis and interpretation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business intelligence or a similar role.
Expertise in SQL, Python, and AI technologies for data analysis.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in designing and implementing data architectures and data pipelines.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
