Ihre Mission als Compensation & Benefits Specialist:

In dieser Rolle verantwortest du vollumfänglich den operativen und konzeptionellen Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung sowie weitere relevante Themen aus dem Bereich Compensation & Benefits wie beispielsweise international mobility.
Du steuerst externe Dienstleister für versicherungsmathematische Gutachten inklusive fachlicher Abstimmung und Qualitätssicherung.
Du trägst die konzeptionelle Verantwortung und erarbeitest Lösungsvorschläge

Du wirkst bei der Stellenbewertung von tariflichen und außertariflichen Positionen mit und stellst dabei Nachvollziehbarkeit und Konsistenz sicher
Du steuerst die jährlichen Salary-Review-Runden und verantwortest eigene Projekte im C&B-Umfeld.

Berufsausbildung, Studium oder fachspezifische Ausbildung
Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit Fokus auf betriebliche Altersvorsorge oder international mobility
Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative
