Inoltre, utilizzerai Workday, una delle piattaforme HRIS più evolute. Potrai occuparti e assumere responsabilità nelle seguenti attività:

Attività di operations e reporting a supporto del team e dei processi HR
Attività di performance management, in particolare per quanto riguarda la parte più analitica del processo
HR data analysis (workforce cost, forecast, budgeting)
Supporto al processo di compensation review
Attività di recruiting

Your unique strengths

Hai una laurea in discipline economiche, umanistiche o giuridiche
Hai almeno quattro/cinque anni di esperienza nella funzione HR in contesti internazionali e dinamici
Hai una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft
Possiedi competenze analitiche
Parli e scrivi bene in inglese
Ti distingui per empatia, proattività e versatilità
Ti piace metterti in gioco con energia e passione per cogliere le sfide del tuo ruolo

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 37.500€-45.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 12% della retribuzione.
