Job Description

The HR Manager will be the primary HR leader supporting employees across Asia and the U.K. Based in Hyderabad India, this role partners directly with the CIO, CFO, and VP, AEM Print to align HR strategy with priorities spanning technology, finance, and print/product operations.

This role combines hands-on generalist HR delivery — employee relations, performance management, and execution of cyclical HR processes — with strategic workforce planning and organizational-effectiveness work across a distributed, multi-time-zone client group. The HR Manager also serves as the region's point of contact for global HR colleagues, helping maintain program consistency and compliance across three distinct legal and cultural environments.

As part of a strategic transaction, Thomson Reuters Corporation has entered into a joint venture with KKR, a leading global investment firm. Through this transaction, the Global Print business of Thomson Reuters has transitioned to Westbridge Print, a standalone organization dedicated to serving the legal, tax, government, academic, and corporate sectors.

Please note that this position is with Westbridge Print, and the successful candidate will be employed by and work as part of the Westbridge Print organization. Westbridge Print is a leading provider of professional information solutions, delivering trusted legal and tax content through print and digital platforms, including ProView. The business also provides commercial printing services to a diverse range of publishing customers across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, building on a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service.
