Responsibilities:

Agile & Scrum Leadership

Act as Lead Scrum Master for multiple agile teams across programs.

Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe/Scaled Agile practices.

Facilitate key ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.

Drive agile maturity and continuous improvement across the organization.

PMO & Program Governance

Establish and manage PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Oversee program and project planning, execution, and delivery tracking.

Define governance models, escalation paths, and risk management processes.

Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, roadmaps, and execution.

Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management

Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into execution plans.

Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, and KPIs.

Act as a trusted advisor to business, technology, and delivery leaders.

Manage external vendors and delivery partners when required.

Metrics, Reporting & Tools

Define and track agile and PMO metrics (velocity, predictability, burn-down, OKRs, milestones).

Drive data-driven decision-making using dashboards and reports.

Ensure effective use of tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, Azure DevOps.

People & Change Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and PMO team members.

Drive change management and adoption of agile ways of working.

Build a high-performance, accountability-driven delivery culture.

Mandatory skill sets:

Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe/Scaled Agile practices.

Facilitate key ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Preferred skill sets:

Establish and manage PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices.
