Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js, along with exposure to AI/Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating AI-powered features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack.

Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.

Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

Integrate AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude into applications.

Implement chatbot, recommendation, search, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with product, UX, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Mandatory skill sets:

4+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.

Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience integrating AI/GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).

Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skill sets

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).

Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI orchestration frameworks.
