The Experience

The MeshMesh team is building the next-generation mesh networking platform for Salesforce customers. As a Solution Engineer, you will show customers what we are building, connect it to their business priorities, and help them see why it matters.

SEs will design, build, and prepare demos and prototypes that showcase and enable MeshMesh product capabilities and features to customers as part of the sales and delivery cycle. It's important for SEs to have good communication skills. They are expected to build, present and position solutions to the client, highlight the benefits of using MeshMesh by sharing success stories, and convey technical information clearly. SEs will work closely with Account Executives and the broader Sales Team to meet sales targets and promote MeshMesh products.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Work with medium size organizations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops.
• Build and present customized product demonstrations.
• Confidently present and articulate the business value of your proposed solution to business managers and executives.
• Be an innovator who can create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
• Work as a team player by contributing, learning, and sharing new knowledge.
• Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
• Present at marketing events.
• Train and enable the sales team.
• Be self motivated, flexible, and proactive.
• Be willing and flexible to travel as needed.

You're Our Person If...

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution, and articulating business value.
• You have superior presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling.
• You can work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems.
• You have experience working across a range of industries and can understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities.
• You are an Agentic Engineer - you build with Claude and similar AI coding tools, using agent loops, tool use, and well-grounded context engineering to ship code fast.
• You have a degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Even Better If...

• You have experience in a comparable pre-sales position, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or other high value business solutions.
• You have a technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications, including integrations.
• You have a broad understanding of cloud computing and CRM.
• You have experience in multi product solution selling.
• You have business analysis and business case/ROI construction experience.
• You have detailed knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
