Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

Deepgram Inc. is seeking a dedicated and technically minded Infrastructure Partner Director to join our team. This role will manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners critical to Deepgram’s deployment flexibility and performance, focusing on technical integrations and joint go-to-market motions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to define joint solutions, execute technical integrations, and drive measurable revenue growth.

If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for infrastructure technology, strategic partnerships, and driving technically led revenue growth, we invite you to join our team and help shape the future of speech recognition technology deployment.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for

Questions you could be asked

  1. What have you built with speech recognition or text-to-speech, and where did it break?
  2. Walk me through how you've used Groq in your day-to-day work.
  3. What are the limits of Sierra that you've run into, and how did you work around them?
  4. What's a project where you used Decagon hands-on?
  5. This role expects you to use AI tools as part of the job. Which ones have you used, and for what?

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Speech, Groq, Sierra, and Decagon. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
