Experiencia Requerida

Más de 15 años de experiencia en Instrumentación, Control y Automatización Industrial.
Al menos 10 años de experiencia específica en ingeniería y configuración de Sistemas DCS.
Experiencia comprobada en proyectos mineros, plantas concentradoras, desaladoras, energía o procesos industriales complejos.
Experiencia en comisionamiento y puesta en marcha de sistemas de control.

Desarrollar arquitecturas de control y automatización para plantas industriales y mineras.
Elaborar especificaciones técnicas de sistemas DCS, PLC, redes industriales y sistemas de integración.
Desarrollar filosofías de control, matrices causa-efecto, narrativas operacionales y criterios de automatización.
Revisar y aprobar diagramas de control, lazos, comunicaciones y arquitectura de redes industriales.
Coordinar interfaces técnicas entre proveedores de paquetes (Vendor Packages), sistemas PLC y plataformas DCS.
Participar en revisiones HAZOP, SIL y estudios de riesgo relacionados con sistemas de control.
Liderar actividades FAT, SAT, CAT, precomisionamiento, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha.
Supervisar configuraciones de lógica de control, secuencias operacionales e interfaces HMI.
Gestionar pruebas de integración entre DCS, PLC, sistemas eléctricos, instrumentación inteligente y sistemas de terceros.
Coordinar actividades con clientes, proveedores y equipos multidisciplinarios.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos y normativas internacionales aplicables.

Deseable

Especialización o diplomado en Automatización Industrial, Control de Procesos o Transformación Digital Industrial.
Certificaciones de fabricantes DCS o PLC.
