Responsibilities:
• Track and report ATS/labor hours
• Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP (standard operating procedure) compliance
• Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics
• Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely and detailed feedback
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
• Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production goals
• Review and update SOP’s as required
• Ensure work areas remain clean and are properly equipped
• Identify and address safety hazards within the work area, and participate in safety initiatives
• Coach associates on ways to work safely at all times
• Ensure all job injuries are reported timely in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers

About the team
The Interim Learning Trainer works with Operations Managers, Area Managers, Process Assistants and Associates. They constantly improve the long-term capabilities of the area to which they are assigned. The ideal candidate will measure production quality and quantity and applies learning tools to improve both. Evaluates and improves processes within work areas; refines learning tools and techniques across the site; assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning; measures impact of their development efforts; improves associates' job-related skills; develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage associate development. Identifies areas for associate cross training and support and implements the training to support the objective; supports the updating of SOPs and SOP certification of associates and managers; assists in driving success of peak and non-peak training plans.

Basic qualifications

- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
