What are your contributions to the team?

• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management;
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to produce summaries and performance metrics;
• Support the production of the team’s recurring deliverables and governance activities;
• Update tracking tools, dashboards, and SharePoint content;
• Contribute to managing the visit portal and coordinating visits, meetings, and leadership events;
• Document processes and develop procedures, guides, and work tools;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and deliverables;
• Conduct research and contribute to various projects related to strategy, governance, and operations.

How to thrive in this role?

• Enrollment in a university program in business administration, strategy, operations management, project management, finance, analytics, or a related field;
• Excellent communication skills in French and English;
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills;
• Rigorous, self-reliant, organized, and detail-oriented;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Interest in strategy, governance, operations, and continuous improvement;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and willing to learn new tools;
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools (a plus).

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
