Job title:
You´ll provide trust and build customer loyalty, by providing clinical customer support for our Hospital Patient Monitoring business
Your role:

• You will support providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.
• You will support providing technical expertise to customers and users and trains them in order to optimize the usage of our products.
• Assisting the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
• You will support new products launches, customer trainings, seminars and workshop preparations, customer visits.
• You'll be part of a great application team in Iberia region. You will support work Clinical Application Specialist in Monitoring & Analytics to work mainly with patient monitoring systems. You will report directly Clinical Application Specialist Lead in Spain.

You're the right fit if:
1. You are a recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) of Biomedical Engineering or Nursing with willingness to learn and acquire new skills and pro-activity

2. You have excellent communication skills, attention to results with high levels of customer satisfaction, strong organizational and priority-setting skills.

3. Native Portuguese speaker, professionally fluent in English, with a good understanding of Spanish.

4. You are willing and able to travel within Portugal (driving license needed).

Compensation & benefits

Salary (Intership Allowance):

€ 1.330,00 gross per month (paid over 12 months)

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
