Ihre Mission als Enterprise & Solutions Architect:
- Architektur-Design & Strategie: Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung der IT-Infrastruktur-Architektur für Thales Deutschland (Fokus: Private Cloud & Hosting, Netzwerke sowie Client-Infrastrukturen)
- Private-Cloud-Strategie: Konzeptionierung, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Private-Cloud-Umgebungen unter Berücksichtigung von Hochverfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und maximalen Sicherheitsstandards
- Brückenbauer-Funktion: Übersetzung von globalen Konzernvorgaben (Thales Group) in pragmatische, performante und compliant Lösungen für den deutschen Markt
- Solution Engineering: Konzeptionierung und Begleitung der Implementierung von komplexen Infrastrukturprojekten von der ersten Idee bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb
- Lifecycle- & Tech-Radar-Management: Bewertung neuer Technologien, Trends und Standards im Infrastrukturbereich sowie Steuerung der Ablösung von Legacy-Systemen
- Governance & Security: Sicherstellung, dass alle Infrastrukturlösungen – insbesondere im Cloud- und Hosting-Bereich – den strengen Sicherheitsanforderungen (Cybersecurity) unseres regulatorischen Umfelds entsprechen
- Schnittstellenarbeit: Enger Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern, dem globalen IT-Architektur-Team der Gruppe sowie externen Dienstleistern und Partnern
Darauf freuen wir uns:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Infrastruktur-Engineering oder in der IT-Architektur
- Breites technisches Know-how in modernen On-Premises- und Private-Cloud-Architekturen, Hosting, Netzwerken und Arbeitsplatzumgebungen sowie Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Orchestrierung
- Erfahrung mit Architektur-Frameworks wie TOGAF und die Fähigkeit, Architekturprinzipien pragmatisch und zielorientiert anzuwenden
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
