IVVQ Manager for the OneSat Ground Segment H/F

DESCRIPTION

Airbus Defence & Space is looking for an IVVQ Manager for the OneSat Ground Segment (m/f) to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space, located at the Toulouse Palays site. The IVVQ Manager will be responsible for defining and setting up all means necessary to implement the validation strategy for the Ground Segment of OneSat application projects. This role will involve managing IVVQ products and IVVQ activities.  

Your Challenge

• Define the IVVQ strategy, implement it, and eventually lead the execution of IVVQ activities.
• Define all tools, methods, and processes to be implemented to ensure exhaustive validation, or adapt exisiting ones.
• Interface with the Engineering Manager and team for design aspects (including IVVQ requirements).
• Interface with clients: Proven ability to advocate for our strategic recommendations while building and sustaining strong client trust. 
• Act as the guarantor for the planning of IVVQ activities and all IVVQ documentation (strategy, requirements, plans, etc.).
• Set up human resources for concerned IVVQ projects.
• Monitoring activity planning (scheduling, resources & costs) for budget cycles and coordinating with cross-functional support departments. 
• Contribute to the preparation and conduct of formal project reviews.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of IVVQ management experience in complex system of systems within Aerospace or Defense industry.
• Strong background in IVVQ strategies and methodologies, in preference applied to the domain of telecommunication satellites and ground segments.
• Understanding of IVV tools and platforms used for testing and simulation.
• Proven project management skills, including resource and schedule planification.
• Demonstrated leadership in defining and executing IVVQ workflows.
• Strong customer management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Languages : advanced French and English skills

This position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities.
