Health can’t wait.

Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

Alan exists to end the wait.

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

⭐️ The Brand Marketing Associate role ⭐️

Alan's brand needs to scale as fast as Alan does. International expansion is accelerating, new products are coming, and we're preparing the biggest international health event the industry has seen.

As Brand strategy Associate, you'll work in direct contact with our Creative Director, Jérémy Clédat (co-founder & ex-CEO of Welcome to the Jungle). You'll turn big, blank-page ambitions into structured playbooks the whole company can reuse.

This is a full-time role for an early-career marketer with 1–2 years of experience.

What you'll own:

You may be asked to help on almost any brand topic. To start, you'll:

  • Build the International Playbook. Define how Alan's brand shows up in a new market (M&A integration, hard launch or local partner). Learn from our launches in Spain, Belgium and Canada, and turn that into a playbook the next country can pick up and run with.

  • Shape our flagship international health event. Benchmark category-defining events, then build the concept, format and multi-country activation plan, all the way to a concrete plan with the resources it needs.

  • Build the Product Launch Playbook. Create a repeatable go-to-market approach (positioning, messaging, channels, sequencing), tested with Product Marketing on a real upcoming launch.

  • Be the Creative Director's thought partner. Turn his vision into concrete initiatives, and bring structure to how the Brand team sets and tracks its OKRs.

This is not a pure strategy role, nor a pure production role. It's for someone with solid marketing fundamentals and a real creative eye.

Who we're looking for:

  • You structure ambiguity. Give you a blank page and a high-level brief, and you come back with a clear framework and a plan.

  • You have brand and business sense. You know what makes a brand credible and a launch successful, and how that drives commercial impact.

  • You have a creative eye. You can tell a strong concept, campaign or event idea from a weak one, and you love working with creative profiles without needing to be one.

  • You execute and bring people along. You move work forward across teams and hold your own with senior stakeholders.

  • You switch contexts easily. Playbook writing, event strategy, go-to-market and OKRs can all happen in the same week.

  • You go the extra mile. You deliver fast and well, and you suggest what's next before anyone asks.

  • You're hungry to grow. You ask for feedback and act on it.

⭐️ Requirements for the role ⭐️

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand or communications (agency, scale-up or corporate)

  • Solid marketing and go-to-market fundamentals: positioning, messaging, channels, launch sequencing

  • Excellent structuring and writing skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • French is a plus.

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to international expansion, market entry or M&A

  • Experience supporting a product launch

  • Experience with event strategy or brand activations

  • Familiarity with OKRs
