Demonstrate professionalism, accountability and high ethical standards in every interaction, operating consistently with Our Credo and applicable company compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile & RequirementsWe are looking for a high-potential, curious and customer-focused professional with the maturity to operate in demanding hospital environments and the ambition to build a long-term career in orthopaedics and medical devices.
Previous Trauma experience is not essential. Technical expertise can be developed. Attitude, learning agility and interpersonal capabilities are fundamental.
The ideal candidate demonstrates emotional maturity, customer orientation, relationship-building capability, disciplined execution, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
