- Deliver against agreed sales, gross margin and trade investment targets.
- Strengthen forecasting, promotional planning, availability and issue resolution.
- Establish customer scorecards and effective performance reviews.
If you've worked in a role where you owned a complex retail account and delivered sustainable sales and profitability growth, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine strategic customer leadership with disciplined commercial execution.
Life on the team
You'll join the Brick and Mortar Sales team in the CZ/SK business unit. We combine colleagues with extensive sales experience and newer team members who bring fresh ideas. Weekly team meetings and bi-weekly sessions with e-commerce colleagues keep us connected. You'll collaborate across functions and markets, using thoughtful influencing and a practical, shared approach to delivery within a hybrid rhythm.
What success looks like
You'll balance regional scale with local shopper needs while managing growth, profitability and trade investment. Over the next 12 to 18 months, the team will continue its growth journey, refine its new structure and develop together.
