Requirements
You're an empathetic, user-first problem solver who uses critical thinking and detail-oriented research to resolve complex edge cases.
You possess a zero-ego, high-tenacity drive to self-start, iterate through uncertainty, and take complete ownership of your work.
You speak English fluently and have strong analytical and observational skills.
You are available for flexible shifts (morning, evening, and occasional weekends) to support our users when they need us most.
