About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laundry Attendant to join Jumeriah Emirates Towers.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

- Sort and mark linen, uniforms and guest laundry according to the required process.

- Carry out hot pressing, finishing, folding and stacking to the required quality standard.

- Pack processed laundry carefully and prepare items for use, delivery or collection.

- Support the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry, uniforms and linen.

- Check processed items and ensure linen, uniforms and guest laundry are kept in excellent condition.

- Maintain honesty, flexibility, confidence, self-motivation and a positive approach while carrying out assigned duties.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Fluency in English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the laundry and hospitality industry.
Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
Skilled in washing, drying, dry cleaning, hot pressing, folding and finishing.
Ability to sort, mark, stack, pack, collect and deliver laundry items.
Good communication and guest engagement skills.
