Embedded within our In-House Brand Creative Studio and reporting to the Head of Creative and Content, you will lead hands-on design while managing and mentoring a midweight designer. You will govern our Brand Hub and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring our visual identity scales seamlessly across markets. We champion an office-first culture (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home) built on close collaboration and innovation.
What you will do...
- Lead UX/UI and website design across our landing pages and conversion journeys, delivering responsive designs, interactive prototypes, and engineering-ready handoffs in Figma.
- Build and evolve scalable design frameworks and modular templates for paid performance marketing and CRM (Braze) to enable efficient, high-volume creative testing.
- Partner with Copy, Web Channel, MarTech, and Performance teams to translate analytics, user testing, and CRO insights into continuous creative improvements.
- Govern and evolve our digital design systems, Brand Hub, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Line manage and mentor a midweight designer, providing clear direction, conducting visual reviews, and championing high creative standards.
What you will bring...
- Proven track record in a senior or lead digital design role within an in-house creative team or digital agency.
- Deep expertise in marketing website design, responsive layouts, intuitive user flows, and conversion-focused digital brand execution.
- Experience developing and maintaining modular design systems optimized for high-volume paid marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or line manage designers while collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional marketing and technical teams.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with an appreciation for integrating modern AI workflow tools into creative processes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity digital work across web, email, and paid channels that balances brand storytelling with commercial performance.
