Coordinate training programs and onboard employees while leveraging internal generative AI tools to accelerate daily workflow decisions.
ラーニングコーディネーターは、ラーニングスペシャリスト、ステーションマネージャー、エリアマネージャー、シフトアシスタント、ソートアソシエイト、外部協力会社などと協業して、指定されたトレーニング関連のアクティビティをコーディネートし、プログラムの円滑化に責任をもちます。
また、割り当てられたすべてのサイトの教育に関する進捗管理を担当いただきます。
数拠点に対して1名の配置のため、現場のメンバーと協力してトレーニングを進めるチームワークが重要です。
【具体的な業務内容】
・関連のプログラム（入社研修・安全研修）の管理
・契約社員/派遣社員のリーダーに対する研修の提供
・拠点/地域のニーズに基づいてトレーニングセッションの調整
・オペレーションチームとラーニングチームにトレーニング後の報告書を作成し提出する
・パフォーマンスを確認し、再トレーニングの機会をサポートする
・現場で使用する機器のトレーニングプログラムとアンバサダーのラーニングにおける標準業務のモニタリング
・トレーニング準備状況/標準作業プログラムのサポート
・トレーニングプログラムの効果を確認し、トラックする
・トレーニングプログラムが標準作業となっていることを確実にする為プログラムへの遵守をモニタリング
・スキル開発（スキルクラスやクロストレーニングなどに参加し、実施すること）を継続する
・ラーニング部門が強みと改善領域を特定するのに役立つフィードバックとモニタリング結果を文書化する
・個人やグループの開発ニーズを評価する
・ワークフローと日々の生産目標を理解する。
・問題を解決し、迅速かつ生産的に対応し、特定の問題のリソースとして役立ち、解決するための適切な手順を実行する。
・複数のタスクの優先順位付けを行う。
・積極的に参画しフロアーに常駐する。そしてマネージャー層を含めトレーニングを実施する。

Basic qualifications
- 人材育成経験2年以上（業界・職種は問わず）
- エクセル初級レベル（四則演算/SUM関数/Pivotができる）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力

- パフォーマンスに関するコーチングの経験
- 効果的なフィードバックの提供 ・プロジェクトの優先順位付け、管理を実施した経験
