El Learning Coordinator es responsable de coordinar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las iniciativas de capacitación y desarrollo dentro de la Delivery Station. Key job responsibilities
Coordinación de entrenamientos: Planificar y ejecutar los programas de capacitación (onboarding, recurrentes, upskilling) para asociados T1–T3 DS, asegurando cobertura en todos los turnos.
Gestión de LMS: Administrar asignaciones, seguimiento de completados y reporteo de cumplimiento en los sistemas de aprendizaje..
Certificaciones y auditorías: Coordinar procesos de certificación operativa, auditorías de calidad en entrenamiento y validar la efectividad de las intervenciones de Learning.
Análisis de métricas: Monitorear indicadores clave (Learning Curve, productividad de New Hires, tasas de cumplimiento) y proponer acciones correctivas basadas en datos.
Soporte a lanzamientos: Participar en la implementación de nuevos procesos, equipos o cambios operativos, asegurando que el material de capacitación esté actualizado y disponible.
Gestión de Trainers: Coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de Learning Trainers/Ambassadors del sitio, incluyendo calibraciones y retroalimentación.
Mejora continua: Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos de entrenamiento, proponer soluciones innovadoras y documentar mejores prácticas..
Comunicación cross-funcional: Ser el enlace entre operaciones, WHS, calidad y el equipo regional de Learning para alinear prioridades de entrenamiento.

Basic qualifications

- Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred qualifications

- Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions, or experience with project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
