Avec 30 collaborateurs, notre site de Rennes offre différentes solutions à une clientèle diversifiée.

Vous intégrez un service de plus de 15 collaborateurs, en qualité d'agent de transit maritime. Vous organiserez le transport en France et à l'international de marchandises pour nos clients. Vous agirez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des services (entrepôt, douane, HUB, réseau, comptabilité, commerciale, customer).

Que réaliserez-vous ?  

• Réception de la demande de transport
• Organisation du transport de bout en bout, selon la SOP (ouverture de dossier, Pick up, contrôle des divers documents, facturation, rédaction des documents de transport, préparation douane, vérification du BAE, pré-alerte d’expédition, confirmation d’embarquement, demande de POD, etc…)
• Contrôle du bon déroulement du transport à chaque étape
• Vérification, à chaque étape du dossier, de la conformité de l’ensemble des documents (selon la réglementation des échanges internationaux et des procédures en vigueur)

Qui recherchons-nous ?

Formation & expérience :

• Formation supérieure en Supply Chain/ transport/ Commerce International (ou autres formations en adéquation avec le métier)
• Expérience d’au moins un an dans un poste équivalent

Compétences techniques : 

• Bon niveau d’anglais (écrit, oral)
• Connaissance des incoterms
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel

Savoirs-être :

• Apprécier le travail d’équipe
• Organisé(e), multitâche, réactif(ve) et rigoureux(se)
• Grande sensibilité pour la satisfaction client et flexible dans un environnement en évolution
