勤務形態は40時間/週、日勤・夜勤8時間勤務のシフト制(土日祝日含む)となります。シフトにより年末年始の勤務あり。

Key job responsibilities
全国のDSの配送オペレーションを横断的にサポートしていただく役割を担って頂きます。支える役割を担っていただきます。具体的には荷物量の予測からドライバーの配車計画、配送ルート作成、当日のリアルタイム対応まで、マネージャーやチームと連携しながら以下の業務を遂行します：
1. 配送計画の策定・調整: 全国のDSに対し、日次の荷物量予測に基づきドライバー台数・配送ルートを計画し、リアルタイムで最適化する
2. オペレーション異常への即時対応: 遅延・災害等の発生時に、配送ルート再編成やステークホルダーへの情報共有を迅速に実施し、配送サービス・納期を維持する
3. パフォーマンスの可視化・報告: 日次・週次のオペレーションレポートを作成し、改善機会をマネージャーに提案する
4. オペレーション拡大時の準備・実行: セールイベントや新規サービス・システム導入時に、手順変更の検討・標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成・トレーニング教材の構築を行い、円滑な導入を推進する
5. 業務標準化・改善の推進: チームメンバーとステークスホルダーと協力し、データに基づいた業務プロセスの改善と標準化を推進する

あなたの1日は、全国のDS状況をリアルタイムで把握することから始まります。シフト開始時に朝礼を行い、当日の業務内容を確認します。配送計画、リアルタイム対応、改善推進など、専門チームごとに担当領域が分かれており、あなたの強みや適性に応じたチームに配属されます。
シフト中は、複数のモニターで状況を監視しながら、配送計画の策定・調整業務を行います。突発的な遅延や天候変化に対応する場面もあります。あなたが支えるのは、デリバリーステーションに荷物が届く前からお客様の手元に届くまでの全プロセスです。1人で判断するのではなく、チームメンバーと連携しながらリアルタイムで最適な解決策を見つけていきます。
また、日々のオペレーション対応だけでなく、「もっとこうすれば効率的になるのでは？」というアイデアをチームに提案し、改善プロジェクトを主動していただきます。前職での経験や視点を活かして、新しい仕組みづくりに貢献できる環境です。

Basic qualifications

- 高校卒業以上
- PCスキル（WordやExcelなどで文書作成や表作成ができる能力）、但し業務を通じて向上させる意欲があること）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力（文書の作成・読解能力）
- 翻訳を活用しながらでもコミュニケーションをとることができる英語力

Preferred qualifications

- 4年制大学での学士号
- チーム内でリーダーシップを発揮し、プロジェクトを完遂した経験
- マネジメント経験（人数・期間は問わず）
- 定量的なデータ分析をもとに、業務改善・標準化を実施した経験
- SQLを使用したデータ取得や、VBAを業務自動化の実務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
