Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and coordinate end-to-end logistics activities supporting customer deliveries across Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Kosovo. Each day, you will collaborate with Customer Operations, Sales teams, ABB regional distribution centers, outsourced warehouse partner, and transportation service providers to ensure logistics readiness, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experience. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing transportation and outsourced warehousing processes, managing logistics service providers, and driving continuous improvements in logistics performance.

The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Croatia. Main stakeholders are Customer Operations Specialists, Sales teams, Local Buyers, ABB Regional Distribution Centers, External Warehouse Provider, and Transportation Service Providers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
• Acting as the logistics focal point within Customer Operations, ensuring logistics readiness and seamless delivery execution through effective coordination between ABB entities, distribution centers, outsourced warehouse partner, and transportation service providers.
• Managing the outsourced 3PL warehouse provider, transportation network performance, logistics costs, invoices, and service levels to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Defining, monitoring, and improving logistics KPIs and service performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and customer-focused team, where you will be able to thrive while working with local and regional stakeholders across the supply chain and customer operations network.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations and enjoy working in a customer-focused industrial environment.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics processes and stakeholders.
• You are highly adept in ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office applications
• You are passionate about continuous improvement, analytical problem solving, cost optimization, and delivering excellent customer service.
• You have proven experience managing 3PL providers, transportation carriers, logistics KPIs, and service level agreements.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You are at ease communicating in Croatian and English in a professional business environment.
