We are looking for an IT Intern to join our IT/OT team at Novartis Türkiye, Kurtköy Site. You will work with our AI Champions to help teams find AI use cases, build practical solutions, and adopt AI tools in their daily work.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Be a go-to contact for AI questions at the site, working with the AI Champions to help colleagues discover, try and adopt AI tools
- Collect AI use cases from different teams and help turn them into working solutions
- Build AI agents and chatbots with Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate tasks and answer common questions
- Build Power BI dashboards and reports that turn data into clear insights
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate flows to digitalize manual processes
- Use vibe coding (building apps, scripts and prototypes with company-approved AI coding assistants) to move from idea to working solution quickly
- Support AI awareness through short demos, tips and how-to guides
- Promote effective and responsible use of AI, in line with company guidelines
- Bring new ideas, try out new technologies and help us keep improving
What We’re Looking For
- 3rd or 4th-year university student in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field
- Available at least 3 days per week
- Internship insurance (SGK) covered by the university
- Advanced English, written and spoken
- Experience with, or strong willingness to learn, any of the following:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio (AI agents and chatbots)
- Power BI (data modeling, dashboards)
- Power Apps and Power Automate (low-code apps and workflows)
- Vibe coding and AI-assisted development
- Generative AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or similar)
- Curious, proactive and motivated to learn and experiment
- Problem-solving mindset and the habit of spotting where AI can simplify work
- Good communication skills, with comfort explaining technology to non-technical colleagues

You don’t need to know every tool. We value curiosity, speed of learning and enthusiasm for sharing AI knowledge. If you have built something on your own (a Copilot agent, a dashboard, an app or an AI side project), share a link to your portfolio or demo with your application.
