Amazon Leo is looking for a senior Inside Sales Manager to lead our European ISR team. You will manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling Amazon Leo's satellite connectivity services into European accounts. Day to day, you will split your time between running pipeline reviews, coaching reps through their deal cycles, and personally driving complex or high-value opportunities. You will own forecasting for the ISR team and work closely with Solutions Architecture, Deal Desk, and Sales Operations to keep deals moving.

We need someone who brings deep, hands-on B2B sales experience — someone who has personally closed multi-million-dollar deals and knows what good looks like at every stage of a sales cycle. You should also have meaningful experience leading and developing sales teams. The ideal candidate has a background in satellite or cloud networking and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving business.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling Amazon Leo services into European accounts
- Personally manage a portfolio of customer accounts and close deals as assigned
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and deal inspections; hold the team accountable to activity, bookings and revenue targets
- Step into complex or stalled deals directly — join customer calls, lead negotiations, and close alongside your reps or independently
- Own accurate forecasting for the ISR team and report pipeline health to leadership
- Hire and onboard new ISRs as the team grows
- Establish and refine sales processes, playbooks, and qualification standards for the team
- Coordinate with Enterprise Sales on account handoffs and segmentation as needed
- Work with Solutions Architecture, Deal Desk, and Sales Operations to support deal execution
- Keep the team current on Amazon Leo's technology, the competitive landscape, and customer use cases

Basic qualifications

- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
- Experience in sales team management
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- Background in satellite or cloud networking sales
- Proven ability to operate as both an individual contributor and a people manager responsibilities

Preferred qualifications

- Experience hiring and developing sales management teams
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience selling into a range of European markets and managing reps across geographies
- Additional European languages are an advantage
