PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC, per la consulenza legale e tributaria.

Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale leader a livello globale.

Nell'ottica di ampliare il team International Tax & Transfer Pricing di PwC STP, siamo alla ricerca di un/una professionista con 4-6 anni di esperienza in materia di Transfer Pricing & International Tax.

Collaborerai all’interno di unteam multidisciplinare composto dagli esperti dello studio italiano che del nostro network PwC, e sarai coinvolto nell'assistenza ai clienti in materia di:

- Fiscalità internazionale e disciplina dei prezzi di trasferimento (Transfer Pricing) in tutte le sue declinazioni applicative

- Supporto nella definizione e implementazione della Transfer Pricing policy dei gruppi multinazionali

- Assistenza nelle procedure di accordo preventivo (APA) con l’Amministrazione Finanziaria

- Assistenza in verifiche fiscali e procedure internazionali di risoluzione internazionale delle controversie (cd. mutual agreement procedure) in materia di prezzi di trasferimento e fiscalità internazionale

- Predisposizione di Masterfile e Documentazione Nazionale a supporto dei prezzi di trasferimento infragruppo

- Assistenza nell'ambito di operazioni cross border di business restructuring
- Attività di analisi economiche e di benchmark
- Assistenza in progetti di Patent Box.
