Lavorerai nel Team di Manutenzione, a riporto del Maintenance Manager, e sarai responsabile di mantenere operative, durante il turno lavorativo, tutte le macchine del sito produttivo. In particolare, ti occuperai di:
- gestione delle microfermate e fermi linea/macchina/impianto;
- risoluzione guasto ed analisi causa radice;
- esecuzione lavori di manutenzione preventiva e a guasti;
- attuazione piano di manutenzione programmata e revisione/revamping impianti.
- hai solida conoscenza di impiantistica meccanica;
- hai conoscenza di impiantistica pneumatica e basi di idraulica;
- hai competenze nella saldatura e nell’utilizzo di macchine utensili (come tornio manuale, fresa, seghetto, etc.)
- hai conoscenze base di impiantistica industriale (aria compressa, acqua, vapore, CO2 , NH3)
- sei rispettoso delle procedure di sicurezza (Log out/Tag out) ed utilizzo DPI, nonché delle procedure interne (come lavori in altezza, lavori in spazi confinati, etc.)
- Esperienza di 3 - 5 anni nel ruolo in contesti industriali medio/grandi;
- diploma tecnico professionale o equivalente;
- abilitazione guida carrelli elevatori;
- conoscenza base dei principi di Lean Manufacturing;
- capacità di lavorare in autonomia;
- proattività, collaborazione, problem solving e senso di responsabilità sul lavoro;
- plus: corso antincendio.

- Lavoro su turni (mattino, pomeriggio, notte e giornata + reperibilità)
- La retribuzione annua lorda sarà compresa tra 36.000 € e 40.000 €, in base all'esperienza del/la candidato/a
- Servizio mensa interno
