Position Overview
We're growing our baby portfolio fast and looking for a Marketing Executive who loves making things happen. You'll own key marketing projects from brief to launch: new brands, new products and new markets, bringing them to life through content, influencers, PR, media and retail. If you're organised, hands-on and happiest when a launch lands on time and looks brilliant, this is your seat.

Position Impact
Our Baby team builds challenger brands across nappies, wipes and baby care, and moves fast to take on the category leaders. With our portfolio expanding into new international markets and new baby brands launching in 2027, you'll be at the centre of the action, putting our brands in front of parents around the world. You'll work across Sales, Content, Digital Media, Design and Ecommerce, plus our agency and retail partners, getting broad exposure across brands and markets and a clear path to grow your career.
How you'll help us grow
Lead key launches end to end: new brands, new products and launches into new markets
Run launch critical paths, rally project teams and partners, and solve problems before they slow us down
Own our digital shelf: build and maintain retailer product pages and ecommerce content that win online
Lead creative and content projects from brief to sign-off, adapting assets for each market
Run influencer, creator and PR programmes: creator selection, briefs, approvals and reporting
Activate media and retail media with our Digital Media team and retail partners
Manage project budgets: purchase orders, vendor set-up and tracking spend against plan
Read the results, run small tests and turn what you learn into better execution
What Helps You Win Here
2–3 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer brands, with real hands-on project delivery
Experience in at least two of ecommerce or retailer product pages, influencer or sampling programmes, social media or retail media
A track record of working with agencies or external partners and keeping projects on track
Organised and reliable: you juggle several projects at once without dropping pace, quality or detail
An ownership mindset and a curious eye for data: you take a brief, run with it and spot what's working
