Role Summary:
Join us at AstraZeneca as a Marketing Manager in our Oncology Business Unit, where you will be instrumental in driving the success of our TAGRISSO & IMFINZI strategic plans. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional alignment, manage digital strategy, and execute plans that empower patients and drive customer engagement. Accountabilities:
- Co-coordinate the strategic and tactical planning processes for key indications in our portfolio to drive success over the short and longer-term
- Lead the cross-functional tactical plan embedded within overall lung plan
- Partner with key external experts to build relationships, elevate our leadership position in lung oncology and ultimately improve care for patients
- Collaborate with the internal global and local TAGRISSO & IMFINZI team to build, lead, execute and amplify strategies and tactics to increase interactions and engagement with key external contacts (eg. physicians, nurses, policy and payer managers, patient advocacy groups)
- Drive a robust understanding of the patient pathway and HCPs who treat or refer by triangulating key information sources (e.g. Internal cross-functional partners, Insights, etc.)
- Positively influence brand performance and profitability while controlling promotional expenses
Essential Skills/Experience:
- High degree of initiative with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think creatively in building and implementing solutions and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills: interpersonal, writing and presentation
- Energized by working with ambiguity and complexity; self-starter, highly motivated and accountable
- Leads without authority and positively works with cross-functional teams
- University degree in science and/or business
- Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with impact demonstrated in roles such as sales, marketing, professional education, sales training, analytics and insights
- Previous Lung Cancer or Oncology experience is an asset
- Experience engaging with and collecting new insights from customers e.g. KEEs, prescribers, patients and payers an asset

Annual base salary for this position ranges from 115,084.00 to 151,047.75.AstraZeneca is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations. The base pay offered will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business and organizational needs. In some cases, offers outside the range may also be considered to address unique circumstances.
In addition, our permanent positions offer an annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (if applicable to role). Benefits offered for permanent roles include a competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, and annual Personal Days. Fixed Term Contract/Temporary positions (excluding students) are offered a Contract Benefits Program.
