- Establish success metrics tied to efficiency gains, cost reduction, quality improvement, and revenue impact, while implementing usage, performance, and cost tracking for AI agents and workflows.
- Continuously refine AI agents based on adoption patterns, performance data, and user feedback, and publish impact summaries that clearly demonstrate measurable business value.
Minimum Qualifications

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, data security, data privacy, and compliance considerations.
- Experience working with technical teams, Salesforce (SFDC) Administrators, and other MarTech system owners, along with experience using marketing platforms such as Marketo, Outreach, 6sense, and ZoomInfo.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for
Questions you could be asked
- How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
- Tell me about a workflow you automated with AI tools, end to end.
- How do you think about the risk of an AI system in this kind of role failing silently?
- What's a project where you used Copilot hands-on?
- Walk me through how you've used LangChain in your day-to-day work.
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI Agents, AI Automation, AI Safety, Copilot, and LangChain. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
