Descripción del puesto

Estamos buscando un(a) Materialista, responsable de recibir, verificar y registrar materiales, así como preparar y validar la documentación necesaria para los envíos nacionales e internacionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad e inventarios.

Principales responsabilidades

Recibir, verificar y registrar materiales, validando la documentación correspondiente.
Acomodar y organizar materiales en las áreas asignadas y andenes de embarque.
Verificar las condiciones físicas, cantidades y destinos de los productos.
Mantener actualizados los registros de entradas, salidas, transferencias y movimientos de inventario.
Elaborar y validar documentación para la liberación de embarques, incluyendo facturas, cartas porte, packing lists y documentos de exportación.
Apoyar en actividades de carga, descarga, empaque, etiquetado y preparación de materiales.
Operar equipos para el manejo de materiales, como patín hidráulico, montacargas y scanner, cuando corresponda y se cuente con autorización.
Realizar checklists de montacargas y verificar las condiciones del equipo.
Identificar y reportar discrepancias, retrasos, faltantes o errores en la documentación y los embarques.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura, conforme a los lineamientos de 5S.
Participar en auditorías, revisiones de inventario y proyectos de mejora continua.
Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y las políticas internas de la empresa.

Requisitos

Escolaridad: Secundaria terminada; deseable carrera técnica.
Experiencia: Puestos similares
Disponibilidad para rolar turnos y realizar tiempo extra.
Conocimientos básicos de computadora y manejo de scanner.
Conocimiento de SAP y Excel.
Conocimiento de procesos de recepción, inventarios y embarques.
