Sie möchten Qualität aktiv gestalten und Produktionsprozesse nachhaltig verbessern? Bei uns übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards. Mit Ihrem analytischen Blick und Ihrer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise tragen Sie zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Fertigungs- und Lieferantenqualität bei. Das Arbeitszeitmodell für diese Position ist: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)

Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:

Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen
Erstellung, Bewertung und statistische Auswertung von Produktions- und Qualitätskennzahlen zur Fehleranalyse
Durchführung von Sonderprüfungen sowie Analyse von Reklamationen, Fehlerursachen und Nacharbeitsgründen
Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualitäts- und Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
Selbständige Durchführung und Unterstützung von Lieferanten- und Bereichsaudits nach relevanten ISO-Normen
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenqualität inklusive gelegentlicher nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit

Qualifikationen für die Rolle

Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert
Kenntnisse im Bereich Mittelspannungsprodukte von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie SAP-Kenntnisse und statistisches Verständnis
Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Team- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
