Job Description:

To review field survey results submitted by Mercer agents in order to evaluate the overall accuracy and quality of the survey.
Conduct high quality research using a variety of sources and general knowledge about the current global situation to produce Mercer reports
Create research and analysis for ad-hoc projects
Writing skills for short narratives on Mercer reports

Skills:

Fluency in written and spoken English language
Very strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Communication and teamwork skills
Mature approach, independence and self-motivation at work
